Tribe Fit Return and Refund Policy

At Tribe Fit, we strive to provide high-quality sportswear and sports-related products. If you receive a damaged item, we are here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return any damaged item purchased from Tribe Fit within 14 days of the delivery date.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged item.
Return Authorization: Once we receive your email, we will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Packaging: Securely pack the damaged item in its original packaging, if possible, including all tags, accessories, and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund as follows:
Inspection: We will inspect the returned item to verify the damage.
Approval: If the return is approved, we will notify you via email and process the refund. If the return is not approved (e.g., if the item is not damaged or is returned after the 14-day period), we will notify you via email and return the item to you at your expense.
Refund: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items not purchased directly from Tribe Fit.
Items that are not damaged.
Items returned after the 14-day period.
